Our web store (located at https://merch-taylorswift.com) are operated by UMG Commercial Services, Inc., on behalf of Taylor Nation. These entities may also share your personal data with UMG Recordings Services Inc. This Privacy Policy applies to all three entities, each of which is an independent data controller under applicable data protection law.

Information We Collect from You

The Sites may offer interactive features, such as the ability to leave comments, that you can use to communicate with other visitors to the Sites or to submit and post your own content.  If you disclose information in one of these forums, this information can be viewed, collected, and used by others.
 
As legally permitted, we also may use and share deidentified information and aggregated information with third parties, advertisers and/or business partners for various purposes. We maintain and use deidentified information only in deidentified form—we do not attempt to reidentify such information except as needed to determine that the information is appropriately deidentified.
 
STORAGE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We will retain the information we collect in accordance with applicable laws and as reasonably necessary for our processing purposes set out under this Privacy Policy.  For instance, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer necessary to process information for our purposes, we will deidentify, aggregate, or delete this information where required by law.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER THIRD PARTY LINKS OR TOOLS

Personal Data Taylor Nation Collects and Discloses: In the preceding 12 months, Taylor Nation collected and disclosed the following categories of personal data. Taylor Nation does not collect personal data that is defined as “sensitive” under relevant state privacy laws.
 
Taylor Nation does not “sell” personal data for money, but we engage in social media advertising and allow some third-party advertising companies to collect data on our Sites as described in the “Digital Advertising” section of this Privacy Policy.  We treat these advertising activities as “sales” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under state privacy laws and give you the opportunity to opt out.  We do not sell or use personal data for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Authorized Agent:  You may also designate an authorized agent to requests on your behalf by designating such an agent in writing or through a power of attorney. We will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.
 
EUROPEAN PRIVACY RIGHTS

Our Legal Basis for Data Processing: UMG and Taylor Nation process personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described above.
